Boxing Conditioning (60 min) Punch Fitness™ signature class!  This cross-training workout combines boxing skills and technique with athletic training drills.  
The Boxing Conditioning series of classes will tone your arms, sculpt your legs and get you ready to train like a fighter without the fight.  

  • BC CARDIO (60 min)   Boxing Conditioning CARDIO focuses on cardiorespitory fitness, endurance and stamina.
  • BC CORE (60 min)   Boxing Conditioning CORE focuses on the “core;” the abdominals, the  lower back and gluteus muscles.  This is a full-body workout, based in the principles of Pilates
  • BC KETTLEBELL (60 min) Boxing KETTLEBELL Conditioning uses the kettlebell as its primary tool. 
  • BC KICK (60 min) Where Boxing Conditioning takes care of your upper body; Boxing Conditioning KICK takes care of the lower body. 
  • BC JUMP & PUMP(60 min) Boxing Conditioning JUMP & PUMP is a weight training class with all of the other components of our standard Boxing Conditioning class.
  • BC Intensity LEVEL 1 (60 min) If you have been away from exercise or strenuous activity for over 6 months, this is the class that will start you on the road to success.

Cardio Kickbox (60 min)   A martial arts-based class with attention to cardio and legs

Jr. Boxing in Ring(60 min) Kids, age 8-14 get the chance to test out their boxing skills in this contact class.  Head gear and chest protection mandatory.
Meythari (Power Yoga) (60 min) Meythari or Body Control Exercises include breathing, stretching, and stability movements, enabling the participant to achieve mastery over ones limbs, mental focus and neuromuscular coordination.
Muay Thai Kickbox Conditioning(60 min) Muay Thai is referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees which are all used extensively in this art. 
Punch Youth Conditioning (60 min) Kids, age 8 -14, will work with a boxing professional as they are guided through skill sets necessary to achieve physical fitness
PUNCH FITNESS TECH(60-90 min)  For the Punch Fitness™ enthusiast who can’t get enough, we offer technical classes of the following martial arts: Capoeira, Boxing In the Ring, Brazilian Jui Jitsu (BJJ) and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).  These classes are taught by some of the best fighters in their arena.

  • Boxing: In the Ring  takes the participant in the ring. 
  • Capoeira, the Brazilian martial art uses acrobatics, groundwork including sweeps, kicks and sparring. 
  • BJJ (Brazilian Jui Jitsu) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokeholds to force an opponent to submit. 
  • MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a full contact combat sport in which a wide variety of fighting techniques are used, including striking and grappling. 
  • Muay Thai Kickbox is the martial art using 8 points of contact; the hands, shins, elbows and knees. Contact with partners to build your reaction skills.
