Boxing Conditioning (60 mins)

Boxing Conditioning is a Punch Fitness™ signature class!  Intensity is the trademark of a boxing workout. On average, a boxing workout can burn up to 1200 calories!  This cross-training workout combines boxing skills and technique with athletic training drills.  This is a results-driven workout to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness with equipment like medicine balls, barbells, free weights, and heavy bag.  This series of classes will tone your arms, sculpt your legs and get you ready to train like a fighter without the fight. This is your wake-up call workout provided by a fitness and/or boxing professional.
